presents representing 12 ways of giving to the epilepsy foundation

Epilepsy News From:

Monday, November 29, 2021

With the spirit of giving in the air and gratitude on our minds, we cannot help but think of all the ways people can give back. For the next twelve days, the Epilepsy Foundation is celebrating 12 Days of Giving! A few of these themes include giving monetary gifts, donating time, and sharing stories.

The holiday season often pushes us to adopt a mindful disposition where we can reflect on things that are bigger than ourselves. Epilepsy is a powerful diagnosis; one that may make us feel small and defenseless. But we are ready to take back that power by contributing to something greater. Our power lies in the strength of our community. When we give our time, share our stories, and donate funds – we are empowered to make a difference.

Let’s continue to make a difference together. Join us in celebrating 12 Days of Giving on November 29th through December 10th.

Day 1

Give Stock

Maximize your impact by donating appreciated stock. Making a gift of stock helps you make a difference in the epilepsy community, is tax deductible, and you can avoid capital gains tax.

Turn your car into cash for the cause you care about. Vehicle donations to the Epilepsy Foundation have the potential to bring hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars in support of our programs. Donating is easy, the pick-up is free, and your gift is tax-deductible.
