Fundraising Spain

Hi all,
I have not posted for a while due to extensive changes and doctors for my Epilepsy. Anyway, I live in Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. I have had many setbacks with my Epilepsy and really want people to be more aware and help. Here in Spain, there is not too much information on Epilepsy and I want to bring this awareness. I currently work for one of the leading Tourism Agencies worldwide TUI Group and I am planning to do a Epilepsy Fundraising 5K run. I don´t know what the proper way to do this is - for example, proper sponsoring sheets, how to donate money etc. Can anyone help as this is really important to me and all my loved ones and to help others with this life changing condition. I am lucky in that, now I am under control. PLEASE PLEASE help so we can try and make a difference.
