16 Year Old Grand Mal Seizure. PLEASE READ AND HELP.

Hello, my name is Gabe and I need your help. My girlfriend, 16, had a 13 minute long grand mal seizure. It was her first seizure but she has had countless fainting spells for the past year. I need help to get closure for both me and her. It has been two almost days and she has not been able to form words, she said (over text) it's like she forgot and like her mouth isn't connected to her brain. She mentioned that she didn't know how to push the air out to form what she wants to say. She did say she was able to say one word but afterwords she felt like the muscles in her lungs were constricting, like she couldn't breathe and her head immediately got more jumbled and she felt worse. She can also not walk almost at all yet, she can't get her feet under her properly, but she is fully concious, she says her thoughts are scrambled and she can't process them fully and that she still feels like a zombie. The medicine they administered to end the seizure started with a V, and they put her on a drip when in the ER to prevent any other seizures. Is there any hope of her getting out of that state and starting to feel better, because she is very sad and my only goal is to help her feel better. She went to the ER that night and the EMS stopped the seizure before transporting her. All her blood work and tests such as EEG, MRI, CAT, and the little head sticky Neuro cap thing all came back fine and normal, but she still feels awful, and she says that she feels there's not hope of her coming back even though it has been only 2 days. I told her to give it a week, and then go see a neurologist if there was no improvement but I was wondering if you experience this prolonged state of post-ictal paralysis as well, as her postictal state was also about 2 hours. Is she just a slow returner, or is there a more grave possibility like brain damage. Please help.. I am very worried. She had never had anything this severe happen before.

UPDATE. She remembered something. It wasn't much, but she said she remembered her neck cracking after her vision went out, she said she could hear for a few seconds after, but after that it was just buzzing.
