Hello everyone. I am just curious. I have JME juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy and I struggle a lot in the mornings if I have to wake up early. I feel a lot of seizure activity and if I don’t have a lot of sleep I feel REALLY sick. Does anyone else feel this ? It really hinders my ability to work a regular job. What can I do ?
