seizures and COVID-19

So here is my question. I had my first set of seizures when I was nine. The ER docs at my local hospital had no idea what to do since they didn’t have a PED ward yet so I was at CHOP for about two weeks as they worked to figure out what was wrong with me. At the time, they couldn’t figure it out and I was sent home with the promise that it was a one and done deal. Then at 15 I had my second one, luckily I was given the best Nero that was in my town and he found a small brain scar, diagnosed me with ‘new onset seizures’, put me on Kepra and now, at 28, (knock on wood) everything has been good.
My question is, because I live with my elderly parents, is my seizure disorder considered an underlying condition with COVID 19? There is already 69 cases in my state and I’ve been taking everything protective measure I can to keep my parents healthy. All this time I’ve been concerned about them, but should I also be concerned about myself as well!
