Writing a book and would like insight

Hey everyone. I have written a fiction novel in which my main character lives with Epilepsy. I have researched epilepsy and spoken to a family friend (who's daughter has epilepsy), but still would love to chat with people about their own experiences. I want to be sure that I am representing epilepsy correctly and in the light those who live with it deserve. I know epilepsy is very different for each person and that there will be differing perspectives, but if anyone would be willing to talk to me about their experiences, I would greatly appreciate it. And while I did try and fact check all that I could, I still had to take a little creative license with this story with things I haven't been able to find out (and that will go along with the story narrative). But I would like to get things as close to accurate as possible. Please let me know if you're at all interested in talking. I really do appreciate it.

That's great that you did the research on epilepsy and you understand that it is different for everyone.  Yes I would like talk with you about my experience.  You can read lots about the medical side of epilepsy, but there is so much unwritten about the emotional and psychological impact.  I'm sure it would help your story to incorporate more of this aspect.  When and how should we connect?Michael

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for responding! I'm sorry I didn't see the you had earlier. (I thought I would get an email notification when anyone responded....my bad!). The sooner we could talk, the better. Would it be okay to swap emails? I'm not sure how to post without anyone being able to read our emails on here or if there is another way that you can think of to keep our personal info private.
