One word to desribe a sz. or whole experience

Mon, 04/27/2020 - 04:11
Hi ,first has been a while ,maybe getting into the mix a little more frequently now, always something new to learn with the brain My experiences from szs and at first memory problems played a key role in my writing poems or prose & decided to group 3 together before ,during and after and had a thought of just making one title for all three. so if nothing else is a new topic .if you just had word or phrase as descriptive word or phrase what would it be? or maybe you have them already? I know many do or maybe their "witness" has a different term. In talking online I often to just refer to the whole experience as "IT" kind like a shadow or something always waiting ,even with my feelings changing over time "IT" is still there. but curious and hope people are safe and keeping a postive attitude. "PEACE TAKES PRACTICE" Rick
