Meditations and vitamins vs keto and Atkins diets
Tue, 07/30/2019 - 13:25Topic: Men With Epilepsy
Hey everybody, just looking for some opinions. I'm dropping my neurologist and gonna be switching to vitamins (gaba calm, L-theanine, niacin and lion's mane). I need mainly to know how to take this stuff and if I even can. I'm gonna have a Dr ween me off my meds so I can just be on the vitamins. My neurologist has pretty much failed every time she switches my meds or has me go to a specialist. First time I went he switched my meds (for no freaking reason, was 6 months free) and was an angry rage filled psycho for a while. Broke so much crap and had them almost every 1-2 months. Now I'm at a month. Comment or email me at [removed]
