Any ideas???

This might sound like a really silly question but here goes.  So I had the temporal lobectomy about 41/2 years ago and I have had this problem with my skull ever since.  If I touch it wrong, or maybe rollover on it there is a spot that will pop.  It is also still pretty tender.  I had asked my neurologist about it at my last appt and he looked at me with a very silly expression shrugged his shoulders and then changed the subject.  Does anyone have any ideas on it or suffer from the same probem?  I know that alot of us have had the surgery and I really appreciate all of the information that I receive from everyone.  Thanks!!!
