Seizures After Right Temporal Lobectomy

Mon, 12/15/2008 - 16:09

I had a Right Temporal Lobectomy on October 22nd, 2008.  I had been having Complex Partial Seizures 5-7 a month with Sparatic Grandmals 7 over 7 years. I had been seizure free after the Surgery for 1 month and 25 days, and then last night I had what I am going to call a Shaky seizure. My Dr. is not calling this a Grandmal because of me recovering so quickly.  Has anyone had seizures after their surgery to become seizure free?  The Doctor told me that If I have 1 or 2 a year that is still good.
