HI Everyone,
Wanted to let you know that my sister Karen will be having her LTL surgery on Wed , Sept 7th. Kind of nervous which is normal, but she has a great surgeon and we have put our faith and trust in God. I am hoping for a successful outcome for her as talking with others online have come to enjoy. What a blessing it will be for her to finally to be seizure free. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and I will update you after the surgery.
Thanks for listening and I'll be in touch
Kathy

Just wanted to let you know that my sister's surgery has been a success. She was operated on wednesday and came home that saturday. She has a minor headache which she takes tylenol for and her face and eye are sore and swollen but get better each day. Her right eye had episodes of hallucinations but that is supsiding too. Her speech and memory seem intact. I think she even surprised her doctors with such a quick recovery. She will be home for the next 3 months resting and will be using the sick bank at her job which will pay her for her recovery time. No seizures to date adn we now pray the rest of her life will be seizure free. God has worked his wonders for my sister. I truly believe in prayer. Thanks for your prayers and blessings for my sister, mom and me. God Bless Kathy
