VNs infor for those with VNS implant

Mon, 04/25/2005 - 10:34
I have just returned from seeing my Epileptologist and reported how once the VNS was turned off I felt so much better and that my Seizures went from alot while it was on, to only a few. She wants me to report to cyberonics that it caused a major increase of seizures and many adverse side affects. She informed me that the company needs those with the VNS who have adverse reactions from it while on to report them so the company has accurate numbers it really helps and does not help. She said it was easy to contact them on the web or by phone, however Ihave yet to beable to find a way. So if anyone knows how to do this I would like to know how ASAP. Please if you are one with adverse reactions or increase of seizures let the company know. I am just personally relieved my doctor can see and support it not for everyone! As it is not for all!!
