Topomax potency / post pregnancy?

Hey odd question -
Just had a baby 7weeks ago & was drug free for 18months. (YAY me!) Immediatly after giving birth I began topomax & started the typical titration of topomax - 50mg 1st week, 100mg week 2, 150 mg week 3, so on & so forth.
I am now on 300mg & my seizure are successfully controlled.
Here's the strange part - I have NO TYPICAL TOPOMAX SIDE EFFECTS.
Not that I'm complaining...I'm just wondering if it's a hormonal change that could be effecting the potency how my body is metabolizing the medication.
All of the other times I've been on it before I've had ALL of the typical side effects associated with it... this time the only one is the cloudy urine.
No numbness, no appetite loss, no taste change, no memory loss, no word loss, no dyslexia, NOTHING that normally happens to me has happened!!
Could it be due to the pregnancy?

Congratulations to you on your baby and drug free! Thats what I'd like to do if I was going to get pregnant! I also take Topamax and the side affects were so bad had to go up in 25mgs. Am so shocked by your comment had to send you a post and think I need to have a baby! It must have something to do with the pregnancy? I mean they say your body changes. My brother and sister in law have a 6 day old Daisy! Did you go back on the topamax because the seizures returned? Am just working up to 300mg where I hope I will be under control.
