Welcome to the site.  I as well have been diagnosed as a toddler.  I was 18 months old.  Been on every med from Dilantin to Lamictal.  I have complex partial seizures where I black out at times and don't remember what I was doing.  I am in my 40's with a healthy teenager.  It helps to talk with friends and also other family members.  By coming to the site, you will be able to talk with a number of members regarding what question(s) you have.  Also, they will be able to share their experiences with you.

Also, with close friends, let them know you have seizures and what to look for when you have one... that way it won't scare them.
