Gene Therapy for Epilepsy cure

Thu, 11/20/2014 - 08:31

My daughter was on 125mg daily of Lamtical  begining at 8 y/o. Now at 19 y/o (lamictial 600mg daily) still  has at least a couple of seizures each year. Have been researching Gene Therapy which looks very very  promising. I can't find any one or place in the U.S. doing research in this field.I do not want her to have to take meds the rest of her life. Does ANYONE know about this research being done in the U.S. and where /who is doing it? Thanks Randy
