Poem: Epilepsy And The Personal Touch
Thu, 05/08/2014 - 04:00A tunnel through a microscopic fairy tale. Paint blotches through the midnight blue air. Neon yellow, lime green AND red as blood. As lightning strikes you are in a deep cloud. Your eyes express you are in deep thought. Time is slowing down AND life is coming to an end.You lay in bed tossing and turning, as if you were lying on a bed of rose thorns. Mind racing. The odor of burnt rubber AND an out of body experience. While you are over heated and nauseous. Books, pencils, pens,a remote control flying through the air AND a cup flying through the air. Hard as sement and processing issues. Everyday is an adventure, when you are living with epilepsy!
