Diagnostic dilemmas and testing

I am 55 years old. 10 years ago I had two provoked seizures. One from alcohol withdrawal and the other from rapid withdrawal of a anti-seizure medication (Keppra). My Neurologist/Epileptologist says that my EEG is normal and another disagrees and says It shows "generalized spike and slow wave activity". The treating neurologist 10 years ago diagnosed me with primary Generalized Epilepsy and said I had a high recurrence chance for seizures. I have been off medication and seizure free for 10 years. I have no family history for seizures. t Is this diagnosis correct given that my seizures were provoked and it's been 10 years? The new definition of Epilepsy states that: A Person Is Considered To Have Epilepsy If They Meet Any Of The Following Conditions. At least two unprovoked (or reflex) seizures occurring greater than 24 hours apart. (mine were provoked) One unprovoked (or reflex) seizure and a probability of further seizures similar to the general recurrence risk (at least 60%) after two unprovoked seizures, occurring over the next 10 years. Diagnosis of an epilepsy syndrome Epilepsy is considered to be resolved for individuals who had an age-dependent epilepsy syndrome but are now past the applicable age or those who have remained seizure-free for the last 10 years, with no seizure medicines for the last 5 years.
