Trigger is photosensitivity combined with sensory overload - does anyone else have this?

Wed, 09/18/2019 - 15:08
Hello everyone. I was diagnosed with epilepsy last December after two grand mals and a few auras. All tests, however, drew a blank, so the cause is still a mystery. Keeping an epilepsy diary, I'm beginning to think that sunshine or fluorescent light is part of the trigger; the other part is sensory overload (busy street, lots of products on display, etc). All my seizures/auras till now have been in a supermarket or busy street. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Are there any experts in photosensitive epilepsy out there? Thanks in advance! Dan
