Could I have temporal lobe epilepsy? No one takes me seriously!

I'm having trouble figuring out if what I'm going through is epilepsy or not. For the past couple years I've had the strangest episodes and symptoms. It began with numb limbs for the first few months to a year and the doctors always told me it was probably a pinched nerve or not enough exercise. Then I started to get these intense feelings of being out of my body, and I do suffer from anxiety so my family and doctor don't seem to take me very seriously. They told me repeatedly it was just due to anxiety. I would often feel like I wasn't really there and everything seemed foggy and almost slowed down. Just in the past year, I've started to get strange smells that accompany the other symptoms, as well as head pressure and numbness of face and sometimes limbs. I feel really weak, and often I can tell when it's about to happen because my eyes will feel very dry and heavy. It's hard for me to think and talk during the episodes and I feel very out of touch with reality. In the past couple months it's gotten even worse and there have been some days where I would feel deja vu repeatedly for an entire day or feel almost like I were drugged. The episodes can last anywhere from 30 seconds up to an hour even, and it's quite scary. Afterwards I usually feel extremely tired and have a feeling of a lump in my throat, as well as intestinal pain and feeling as if I really need to go to the bathroom. Nobody seems to really take me seriously because the symptoms are mostly in my head it seems. If someone were to observe me during one of the episodes I may just look really quiet or tired/spaced out. I've even been to the emergency room several times because my muscles felt so tense and I felt like I was hardly conscious, but all they did was give me Ativan. What do you guys think??? As someone with anxiety, my mom and doctor seem to think I'm either overreacting or they're just panic attacks. I've been trying for so long to convince somebody to let me have some sort of testing for anything - brain tumor, epilepsy, meningitis, nerve damage. I have no idea what to do about this.

Almost 18. My dad might be able to take me to see my doctor but I'm not sure how to convince the doctor that I think something is up. Could this really all just be anxiety? It doesn't make sense to me.
