Did I have a seizure?

This morning, (June 3rd, 2018 at approximately 7:30) I got up after staying up very late the previous night. Tired, I slowly attempted to start making my Breakfast. However, when I put my had on a cabinet, I began to shake uncontrollably for a few seconds. I would have immediately assumed this was a seizure except for the fact that I felt no pain, muscle tensing, electricity, and I was still able to process what was happening in the moment. I have no medical history with epilepsy and am wondering if this was a seizure, or simply happened because of my tiredness.
