Was this a seizure..? Please help.

Hey, guys.

I am a 19 year old female and I have always been fairly healthy.

However, this morning, something happened. I got out of bed like any usual morning, and my vision began to blur and I felt extremely dizzy and light headed. This isn't the first time this has happened, I frequently get up too fast, so I wasn't too worried and leaned against my doorframe as usual. But this time was different. My vision was completely lost and I couldn't keep my balance despite hanging on to the door frame for dear life. My memory past this point is really spotty, but I remember loosing control of all my muscles and hitting the ground shaking really hard, and that couldn't breathe very well. My mum was screaming at me from the floor below me, but I couldn't anwser, like I had forgotten how to talk. When I could finally see again, I was still on the ground shaking, but halfway down the hallway. Cut open my hand pretty well sometime during that too.

Was this a seizure? Or did I just pass out? I have never had an experience like this before. Please help.
