What Computer software and android app can help me with my photositive epilipsy?

Hi, i had seizures (8 of them) and i just had one yesterday ever since 2008 now i know 8 is a humble number in comparison to many people i talked to who had hundreds in their lives, but the problem PC and computers are essential to my work and studies since i'm a computer engineer (i know what a disadvantage) now granted video games were the cause behind 7 of my 8 seizures, and i was wandering does any of you have any advice for me or a way to handle seizures while working? i heard that apps on android and PC like f.lux can help reduce screen glare and help me work without harming my eyes and brain, i also heard that Polaroid glasses (or what ever it's called) can also help, the problem with that second option is that i live in a third world country, where advanced medical glasses don't exist, i use normal medical glasses for my work, so i'm locked to only getting a software that help reduce the harms of LED screens (laptobs) to my seizures does anyone know any i can get for android and PC other than F.Lux?

Wish I could help you, but I'm not enough of a tech person to advise.  The Epilepsy Foundation may be able to direct you to local  resources.  The only thing I know about, besides the glare shield, is reducing the flicker rate on your screen.  Don't work/watch TV in a dimly-lit area.  I did find this in the resources section-I hope it helps:  http://www.epilepsy.com/learn/triggers-seizures/photosensitivity-and-seizures
