Short Term Disability

Fri, 02/06/2009 - 23:31
Does anyone know how insurance companies look at seizures when you apply for short term disability?  I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (since 15), I am 34 now.  Been on medication the entire time, but have recently had two grand mal seizures, one where I totalled my car.  I was in the process of applying for short term disability when the accident happened and have been out of work since (3 weeks) without pay.  What can I do?  My seizures are getting worse the older I get.
