adjusting to new med or toxicity of old??

I have been having some medication changes in the past few months and have been struggling with them. I am currently taking 330 of dilatin; 120 phenobarbital; 1,200 Trileptal.
Once the Trileptal was increased to the 1,200 I have had a very difficult time in the morning particularly w/ my vision. I also start to have a very staggered gait. My memory is not very good. I have a lab scheduled for this monday with an appointment to follow the next day.
But I'm starting to become more concerned that this may be a result of Dilantin toxicity.
Any advice??
