RIGHT NOW I'M ON TWO MEDS AND ONE I HAVEN'T STARTED YET BECAUSE I'M AFRAID OF THE SIDE EFEECT BUT I HAVE READ WHERE PEOPLE IS ON THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEDS FOR SEIZURES. I think only a Neurologist, Epileptologist, Professor or those who study or specialise in Epilepsy would know the answer to this question. Depending on the type of Epilepsy you have, often one medication does not work well enough on its own so another is prescribed to enhance the overall affect. Medication is always a worry especially when your trying it first time. I would speak to your treating specialist particularly if you have concerns and if you work up the courage to start taking the other one, keep a diary and write down any side affects and discuss at next appointment. If they worry you immensely try and get in earlier, if that fails try and speak to your local GP or seek alternative medical advice.
