Hi TJ!My research of a couple of good sources tells me that both Keppra and Lamictal may increase the effects of pain relievers (as well as other drugs that cause drowsiness); and that dangerous sedation, dizziness, or drowsiness may occur if either Keppra or Lamictal are taken with any of these medications. You could be looking at a double-whammy if you take both Keppra and Lamictal with Vicodin, and really should should call your doctor on this one. It may just be a matter of limiting the dosage of Vicodin.Blessings and Best Wishes for a Happy New Year!gsness
