cluster of partial seizures(?) 7~8 a day for 2-3 days

I am undiagnosed having what I believe are partial seizures of some sort in isolated clusters for the past several years.
Usually it happens precisely about a week after my period. I will have anywhere between 5 and 10 seizures in one day, continuously for 2-3 days.
I do not lose conciousness but I during the episode I am very faint, get an intense nauseating wave of deja vu and sometimes I momentarily (only for a moment) forget what I'm doing/where I'm going.
I don't experience any loss of memory.
The seizures wipe me out and make me extremely tired and nauseated.
After they finally stop I don't experience any more for about a month and they resume after my next period.
I can not get evaluated due to lack of money.
If anyone has any advice or natural remedies/preventative measures, I'd be happy to hear them.
