Hi, I have strange auras and some are stronger than others. I go through periods where I will only experience one type of aura. The ones that I have experienced are:- Smells (oranges) that aren’t there- hearing my name being called or hearing music that isn’t there- Feeling like I have been kicked in the throat - feeling like I am walking on a trampoline - Getting a zooming in sensation or like the world is tilting - Seeing shapes and figures in my peripheral visionThese are the most common and they are very quick. The worst ones that happen that typically mean my meds need adjusting and happen in conjunction with a major depressive episode are:- Sudden agression and irritation- A sudden drugged feeling where I can’t keep my eyes open and I feel like falling asleep (this tends to happen at the worst possible moment)Typically these go on for a few minutes and truly suck ass. My auras typically prelude a depressive episode or a hypomanic episode.
