Does this sound like a seizure?

Sat, 12/29/2018 - 21:35
Hi everyone! I am new to the site and have recently experienced something on what may or may not have been a seizure so I'm interested in hearing your thoughts. Today, I was riding in the passenger seat of my mom's car on my way to work. There was a bit of sun peaking through the clouds and flickering through the trees. The light flashed before my eyes causing me to blink very rapidly. During this time, my heart stop and skipped a few beats. I intentionally closed my eyes and lowered my head. I then felt my top half go through light convulsions. Although, I am not sure if I actually moved. The entire ordeal lasted only a few seconds or less than a minute. I was completely fine afterwards. Does this sound like it could have been a seizure? I am not diagnosed with Epilepsy, but have had similar experiences before. It occurs occasionally, but ALWAYS in the car and nowhere else. It is the sunlight moving through the trees that triggers me . However, this was the first time I've experienced convulsions which is what pushed me to share this experience here.
