How to stop seizers caused by epilespy

Hello everyone,
My brother having epilepsy problem since when he is 5- 6 year old. Now he is 26 yr old but his brain works like a small kid just 5 year old... This is not a main problem.. main problem is that he is having seizers also by starting it get 2 - 3 seziers in week... But last 6 month its getting worse . After 3 months one day and night 15 -20 seziers happen back to back and it cause seriously panic to me so if there is someone please help me do some suggestion how i can stop seziers please i ll be thankful to you
