Myoclonic seizures??

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there's someone out there with myoclonic seizures that could help me. I've been having leg jerks for quite awhile now. It happens when I'm sitting or laying down, especially before bed. It's not just a small twitching movement rather a pretty large jerking like movement where my knee bends and my leg kinda comes flying up. Before the jerk happens I usually feel a weird sensation somewhere in my leg kind of like a shock feeling. Sometimes it happens in my arms but mostly in my legs but never in both legs at the same time. Does this sound like myoclonic seizures?
