Night Time /Sleep state seizure question

In the wee hours of the morning as I was dreaming, my head began to shake uncontrollably at that point, I thought I woke, and was trying to wake my husband for help... my body began shaking uncontrollably as well. Then I truly did wake, but still having a difficult time verbalizing anything. He woke and started trying to help me stop shaking.. Not sure how long this lasted, didn't seem long, but I was still disoriented and a little light headed when it all stopped. I am diabetic, and checked my sugar. It was fine, about 130, so that's not the issue. Is this just some weird dream/wake thing or did I have a seizure that worked into my dreams? What do I do if it happens again?
