Nonspecific punctate leukomalacia

Fri, 05/11/2018 - 10:45
I am a 40 year old woman and just began having what seem to be focal seizures a few months ago. I just received the results of my brain MRI and the impression is "nonspecific punctate leukomalacia". It says: "there are a few punctate areas of nonspecific leukomalacia which could be related to small vessel disease". Anyone have a similar finding? I have no idea what this means! Thank you
