For me, it comes in as a "deja-vu", as if I've seen what was in front of me happening before. Then my brain goes off on a side story as if I was seeing clear moments from a dream, and then I get shivers and a bit light headed for 30 seconds. That's it! (For example, I passed on a bridge, it reminded me of something I've seen before, then I saw a clear image of a giant crow man, dressed in black and white with a huge hat on, under the bridge. I remember that image clearly still but have absolutely no idea where it came from. A dream I had maybe? Things I've seen in my life and my brain mashes them into a picture. I dont know!! :)
