Strange forms of attacks

Two years ago i had a minor epilepsy fit but was diagnosed with temporary episodes. Last week Saturday i had a major one. Bit my tongue, hit my head, muscles are sore and i lost control of my bladder.I lost two hours of my day that i cant remember. I was at a gas station and for the life of me cant remember even getting home. And eversince then ive been having dizzy spells, hot flashes and fear attacks. Epilepsy is in the family but im afraid. I dont know how to handle this. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I went into a store and barely lasted 5 minutes.
