My wife's sister who is an epileptic patient not ready to mingle with the society; she always like to be in home. never like to find out any improvement in behaviour and to encourage herself  for the future

Sounds like denial or depression.  How long has she had seizures?  I'm only a patient, but this seems like a normal reaction.  Its easier for her to stay at home.  Perhaps she needs time.
