Hi New Matthew...

Dear Matt (New and alone) My best bit of advice for dealing with the bumps and grinds of daily life is a) no matter who you are, nature wants a bite out of you - its part of life b) those who continue to learn find each day more joyful; so don't stare at a TV - learn some new skill. I learned piano, wood carving, software etc. Knowing 1 or 2 arts is good for the brain and your heart and soul. c) if you become proficient at an art or science teach it. Nothing makes you smile as much as caring for someone, helping them and seeing them smile. It is the type of emotion that extends your life by decades. If you learn just these three things all your decades will be a joy and most of the time you will look forward to a new fun day. p.s. I would have replied directly to you but the forum POST button, login, guest; none of it seems to work...sorry for posting outside your post.
