Stacey and others -
Thank you so much for your postings - I had seizures as a child that tapered off as a teenager and returned suddenly a few months after my 30th birthday....I have been struggling and tearful and terrified about even considering family planning and have been going through lots of tests and hormone tests, and all kinds of things to assist us in making that decision - I really breathed alot easier after seeing these postings here - I , too, am on lamictal and will probably need to increase the lamictal a smidge as I am still having fairly frequent "auras" and small seizures....but, I feel so relieved that this information is out there and that I found this website -
Thanks again -

Hi staceychil
This book sounds great. I am assuming that you are the author? I have been researching about pregnancy and seizures. I have JME and on Lamictal. I have recently changed from Depakote to Lamictal. My doctor had recommended Lamictal because I want to start planning for a family. He changed me to Lamictal because it's the safest drug out there for pregnancy.
How can I get this book? It says that it is due Sept 2005. Can I order it through Barnes and Nobles? Or is there a specific website I can go to?
Thanks
Angela
