Unplanned Pregnancy

Hi guys, i've recently found out that I was pregnant (we weren't planning to have a child for a few years) and i'm a little bit spooked. Both my doctor and neurologist were very adament about having a planned pregnancy. I'm so nervous that because it wasn't planned the AED i'm on is going to impact the child or because I wasn't after taking folic acid during early development. I'm also concerned about having seizures during pregnancy.
Has anyone been through something like this? Any knowledge or advice or any information would be greatly appreciated!

When you found out did you receive false negatives in urine and blood tests? I feel pregnant and my breast have enlarged alot in just 3 days. and have liquid coming out.... so could the be right that something else is wrong? I'd much rather find out I'm pregnant than to know something else is wrong!
