WHY IS THERE A UP AND DOWN MOOD WHEN YOU HAVE EPILEPSY?

I FIND THAT DURING THE COURSE OF THE WEEK I'AM IN A PRETTY GOOD MOOD BUT THERE ARE TIMES I HAVE TO REALLY COAX MYSELF INTO BEING MORE PRODUCTIVE. ANY ANSWERS TO THAT?

I understand where you are coming from. It can be real frustrating. some of the meds do that. How long have you had 'e'? If you EVER want someone to talk to I would be more than happy to do so. I had a mentor and I know how much it helped me to be able to talk to someone that had the "e". My email address is [email protected] Email me ANYTIME. As if we women aren't naturally hormonal, add a central nervous system disorder like Epilepsy to the mix. hahahaha. It's horrible. Yes, I too have a hard time getting up, but I think it's the meds.

For the most part I'm usually in a good mood but there are days where i really have to tell myself,"You have to get off the couch and stop watching movies". It's the meds, I've looked up the side effects and it's not comforting to read or hear from my neuro that i might experience some mood swings. I'm sorry i wasn't much help but that's all i really know.
