The NY Times Bestseller: Three Cups of Tea

I don't know if anyone has heard of this book, Three Cups of Tea   It's about a man who decides to climb a mountain in his sister's honor.  His sister died from a massive seizure.  She'd had seizures since she'd had encephalitis when she was an infant (my son also has seizures from encephalitis as an infant).

 

Most of the book's publicty is about the schools the author Greg Mortenson built.  I haven't seen much written about  his sister, who was his inspiration.  Infact, all the references to her seizures caught me off guard, since I'd picked up the book to 'get away' from al the worries of seizures.
