Yeah, the site keeps refreshing itself on my computer too. Same idea like I was trying to describe, where it happens no matter if I'm on or off this site. It'll happen even if I'm not even online.
Looking for feedback for anyone else too.

on my computer the site constantly refreshes itself, sending blue across the url space every 15 seconds or so. it's a little distracting. i haven't tried chatting, but i'm not particularly interested in chatting. i can't see all the options you mention. i have the same problems in firefox, safari and internet explorer. i'm on a mac - so maybe that's the problem.
