I could not afford Keppra so I am using generic Levetiracetam by Cobalt Pharmaceuticals through a Canadian Pharmacy-Northwest Pharm. 3000mg per day cost $210 per month. I also take Requip generic from Canada as well, for sleep seizures or restless leg syndrome. These 2 things may be the same for me. I have a marble size chunk of scar tissue in my right temporal lobe. If I don't take my requip, I will wake repeatedly from jerking. With requip I sleep like a baby. Both Generics cost $260/month. Sometimes I take an extra 750mg tab at night if I feel "off". Maybe the generic isn't as steady of a dose, but the cost of non-generic is more than my mortgage!!! Go Generic!! Try Requip...What do you have to loose?
