Has anyone gone toxic on an AED?

Of all of the AED's out there has anyone ever gone toxic on one? I've gone toxic twice on two different medications so I was curious if anyone else had gone toxic?

I did experience "high Dilantin toxicity" once. I was doing drug trials to prove my seizures are refractory. On too little Dilantin I had seizures. They upped the dose until I was dizzy and had double vision.
