Felbatol
Wed, 05/19/2004 - 12:40Does anyone have experience with taking Felbatol? I was taking Dilantin and Depakote for about 18 yrs. when my system began to no longer absorb the meds. I'm now on a Trileptal/Keppra combo but my neurologist wants me to consider using Felbatol if, this doesn't work out.

Hi, I have never heard of Felbatol. I am currently taking Keppra & Trileptal also. I just had a right temporal lobectomy in Jan and am still having seizures. Complex partial seizures. I have had some success, but I just look at every little thing as one day closer to being seizure-free. I take the trileptal at night only and 1500mg of Keppra total a day. 500 am and 1000 along with 300mg of trileptal at night.
