Did your son have many seizures before you decided to medicate him? Everyone has asked me if we will medicate our son but I don't feel it is necessary at this point.

My son had 1 seizure, and then never had nother one for over a year. then this past december he started having them weekly, They were always around 7:00 am and then he had one in the evening  after my husband turned on the bedroom light .  one month ago he had one standing in front of the fridge holding onto a juice container he was just standing there as if he was reading it i kept watching him and calling his name, there was no responce then i saw the drool pooring out of his mouth and he dropped the juice he didnt no what happened and then told me the same thing happened in school. Brodie has had  3 different seizures , sometimes his right side becomes paralyzed after hes done its very scary  ..... however his drs have started him on tegretol  and we havent seen any activity since...... he is doing so much better......
