Migraines & seizures

Fri, 02/03/2006 - 10:54
My 16-year-old daughter gets serious migraines following seizures of any type. So far the only way of stopping the migraines have been trips to the ER for Dilodid, although our neurologist now has a new non-morphine med on file at the ER for our next visit. We have tried five or six migriane meds, such as Imitrex and Toradol, to no avail. Any advice?

Before my RTL, I had severe seizures, followed by terrible headaches. I also get migraines when there is a change in the weather--for instance, a front moving through, storms, or dropping barometric pressure. The only way for me to get rid of these headaches was a trip to the ER. My husband found a site on the web by a veteranarian who had developed an herbal remedy for this type of headache. I know I'm not supposed to advertise, but this really works for me. I take it 3 times a day to prevent headaches and haven't been to the ER in about a year. It's a bit pricy, but no more so than the ER visit. The website is www.headachestaygone.com. check it out and talk to your daughter's dr.
