I recentally switched my meds from Topamax to Trepatal and now Im getting these little red bumps all over me. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if this is the medication or something else.

I have had it checked out and the doctor said it was fine. But you are right most meds you would have to get off of the med. But it is not real bad and the doc never bad a big deal out of it.http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/EpilepsyApproach/Lisa

Hi Lisa. Glad the bumps aren't serious but watch them. Hopefully it is just something you ate that doesn't agree with your system. Speaking of rashes does anybody know if B vits can cause hives? Looking back over the past nine months I get what looks to be hives on the right cheek of my face? They appear as small red splotches but are not consistantly prominent. I suppose it could be vit related since I don't recall ever having the red splotches prior to starting the b vit regiment? Who knows. Maybe it is a reaction to all the pollutants in the air outside or inside. The splotches aren't to bothersome. I cover them with makeup. But sometimes they still shine through. Aha aha aha. Have a spring Sun. Linda.
