Depression

I was wondering if anyone with TLE has experienced depression, and if so, what has helped you?

Angie,Forgot to say that one thing I've really found helpful is listening to music. I use headphones because it feels like the music is in my head (not too loud...). It helps me to take my mind off of things, but can also make me more reclussive so I have to be careful about that. Headphones are different for me than just having the stereo on.Lemond
