Has anyone heard of or had gamma knife surgery for epilepsy? It's laser.

I asked about gamma knife surgery when I was advised I was a candidate for surgery, only to be advised that they weren't doing brain surgery with it yet (in Toronto). However, I learned on another site that gamma surgery has a much longer healing time than traditional surgery. Not sure if this is of much use to you, but I figured I'd put it out there anyway. Good luck. Lorraine :)
